Basti marma

Basti means urinary bladder the place where drop by drop urine is collected. This marma should be stimulated empty stomach and before stimulation of marma bladder should be empty otherwise if bladder is filled it may cause damage to bladder. People suffering from benign prostatic hyperplasia, diseases related to urine, cystitis, atony of the bladder, nephritis, urethritis, hematuria, oliguria or benign prostate hypertrophy are benefited with the stimulation of this basti marma point.
