As self marma therapy stimulating kukundara marma when you are fatigue, energies the body and releases the stress of lower extremity. Besides this marma point is very helpful for enhancing the mobility of lower extremity, during desensitization, tingling sensation and atrophic changes of the muscles in lower extremity.
